Catalog cases, writing cases or bulky items require more handling and each method of decorating represents a different cost structure. Please specify the first and second choice of imprinting locations. Bond Street/Stebco reserves the final decision as to location of imprint.
i) Blind Deboss/Emboss OR REVERSE Deboss/Emboss - Available on most leathers and Leather Looks. Embossing is perfect for products/logos where subtlety is required. This method is generally a desired finish on better Leather cases. The effects of an embossed/debossed logo are achieved with a die which is pressed into the material creating an impression of the logo. A REVERSE emboss/deboss, requires different artwork whereby the die produced is used to press in the material around the logo, giving the appearance of a raised logo. The term deboss and emboss are used interchangeably.
ii) Brushed Metal Plates - Brushed Silver and Brushed Gold Plates are used. Any color, full or part coverage. Artwork required is Original Illustrator, Vector or Corel with .eps or .ai extension, and all Fonts must be outlined. Please also send a jpg so we can view for verification and quality control.
- For Special Graphic Work such as photograph corrections, conversions, Logo Creation or special effects, artwork charges will apply. Please forward artwork in advance so that we may verify appropriate imprinting methods and sizes.
iii)Embroidery – This method of decorating is generally applied to Nylon and Leather Look cases. Embroidery can be added directly to an item, or as a patch, sewn onto the item. Artwork and size is required for a quotation, and, and for production artwork should be sent in a digitized format to avoid extra costs in conversions.
iv) Hot Stamping - Standard colors of foil are gold and silver.
SPEC SAMPLES, SAMPLES & PROOFS Spec samples are billed for the cost of the item plus the cost of the die, artwork, set up, and individual imprint. Please request a quote for the item you require, as each method of decorating carries its own schedule of costs. We are unable to accept for return, decorated or undecorated samples.

Bond Street Ltd. supports a three year limited warranty for manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
Bond Street will repair or replace the merchandise at its discretion upon review. Email or fax details of repair/return request with copy of original invoice, and allocation of return/repair will be advised. Leather being a natural material is not guaranteed against discoloration due to heat, sunlight, or artificial light, nor, any damages due to rain, sleet, snow or any other forms of water, nor through misuse or chemical treatment.
Product received damaged in shipping must be signed for at time of receipt as damaged, with the carrier, to enable us to assist with any claims.
Merchandise should be examined within 5 days of receipt for any damages or quality problems. Bond Street Ltd will record any problems advised to them within this period of time and will take the appropriate action required to rectify any problem. All returns if any must be returned in their original carton to receive full credit and be accompanied by a Bond Street RA.

SHIPPING:
Blind shipping as requested. Shipping by FED X Ground. U.S.A.shipments are F.O.B. Champlain, New York or F.O.B: Montreal (Bond Street covers duties) if by common carrier. Canadian shipments are F.O.B Bond Street Montreal warehouse, as specified or by Bond Street choice cheapest carrier. All shipments will be insured by the carrier, and must form part of your cost of shipping.
RETURNS:
With prior approval by Bond Street/Stebco with an RA# -No Cross Border Returns!!
Restocking charges 10% minimum $25.00 will apply. Return address will also be provided as it may vary from point of original shipment.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
We will assist clients in obtaining proof of delivery. We produce and mail statements to our accounts every month which will indicate all invoices outstanding at the end of the month. In the event that you notice an invoice on your statement for which merchandise has not been received, we will supply proof of delivery. However we cannot accept request for POD more than two months after the invoice date. After 2 months, it becomes the responsibility of the client to claim with the carrier, post office, Ups, Fed Ex, Etc.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without factory approval after commencement of production. Cancellation of a custom order will result in a penalty fee equal to the costs incurred prior to cancellation including the costs of any product which has been decorated or custom designed.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
On all custom items we reserve the right to overship by 10% and undership by 5% and invoice accordingly, however every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered.
