Commitment to our customers and the world we share
At Bond Street and Stebco, we believe that even a small step for change is a step for the better. This includes the betterment of our own work environment and habits, as well as well as the products we provide our customers.
Fabric: What we call

or

is product that has been changed or developed to incorporate more Eco-Friendly materials and methods of fabrication. That may include R-PET (polyethylene terephthalate), recycled materials including plastic bottles and containers, or product fabricated with materials having TPE backing instead of PVC backing. TPE backing (Thermoplastic elastomer) will decompose naturally by microorganism if buried underground, and is non toxic, causing no dioxin, and produces H20 & C02 when burnt. In other words, it is better for the natural environment.
There are trade-offs when incorporating new methods, it is important to keep in mind that the normal lifespan of an item can be decreased by using products such as those with TPE backing as some of these products do age quicker. To extend an Eco-Friendly products life, ensure regular use without substantial exposure to elements such as wet/damp conditions or direct sunlight for extended time. Remember, these are the same qualities that make it Eco-Friendly and better for our environment.
We at Bond Street and Stebco are making every effort to bring to market the product which our customers desire, with a concerted effort to build our selection of Eco-Friendly products as more and more materials become available to us. We are always open to new ideas and new ways of improving our Corporate footprint.
Even our Hang tags and advertising material for our product has been reduced from as many as 3 per case to one inclusive hang tag which incorporates warranty, product and contact information all together. Great care is given to reduce the inner and shipping containers to as small and compact a format as possible. We are constantly evaluating the need for printed paper, and refrain from creating hard copy whenever a project or task can be accomplished without one. Any discarded printed paper within our office environment will be re-used double sided, to halve the usage of this paper.
We are committed to the world we share.
